- Oklahomans want to see safer two-lane highways, more passenger rail and better connection among transportation systems, Oklahoma Department of Transportation officials said Wednesday...ODOT polling from last year showed that people would like increased maintenance and shoulder construction on two-lane highways, dedicated truck lanes, better inter-modal connectivity and expanded passenger rail systems, said Craig Moody, public involvement officer with the department.
